You’ve done it. You’ve booked in for a new exercise class. That’s great. What happens next?
You will be excited to start, of course you will you are making a new positive change. It makes perfect FitSense!
But then the day will come around where you actually have to go do what you’ve signed up for, you’ll be a little apprehensive but of course that’s only natural
You will get there and probably not know what you are doing, but you wont be the only one! And, even if you are no one will care, everyone has to start somewhere
At the end of the class you will probably feel tired, but the sense of achievement will outweigh that. That is FitSense!
The next day though you are going to be sore and the thought of ever doing it again will be almost too much to bare
But when the pain passes you’ll feel great and ready to take on the world, or at least go to the class again!
