When the going gets tough…you have to keep going. Overcoming a weight loss plateau

Hitting a weight loss plateau can be a really tough challenge. Perhaps you have noticed your weight isn’t changing, maybe you aren’t making the progression that you were hoping for, but that’s no reason to give up. In fact, that is the worst thing you can do.

We understand these things can be demotivating, in fact they can be pretty upsetting really.

But, first things first, make sure you are really hitting a weight loss plateau.
