• 1-½ teaspoons of coconut oil
• 4 cups fennel, diagonally sliced
• 2 tablespoons minced red onion
• A few dashes of Tabasco sauce
• 1-cup snow peas halved on a diagonal
1.Heat coconut oil in a skillet over a med heat.
2.Add fennel and onion and steam/sauté stirring regularly for 5 or so
3.Add the snow peas, cover and reduce heat and steam for
about 3 mins.
4.Add a few dashes of Tabasco sauce and serve hot or leave to cool and have at a later time.
